Refund Policy

General Policy

Registration in any TKLA program represents a commitment to participate and holds a space in our cast and production. Because we limit the number of students and incur upfront costs in planning and staffing, we adhere strictly to the following refund terms.

Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund (minus administrative fee):
  If you cancel your registration 48 hours or more before the first rehearsal, you will receive a refund minus a $50 non-refundable administrative fee.

• No Refunds After Rehearsals Begin:
  Once the first rehearsal has taken place, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance, illness, withdrawal, casting, or scheduling conflicts.

Special Circumstances

• Program Cancellation by TKLA:
  If TKLA cancels the entire program for any reason, participants will receive a full or prorated refund, depending on how much of the program has already occurred.

• Dismissal Due to Behavior or Policy Violations:
  TKLA reserves the right to remove any participant for repeated disruptive behavior, safety violations, excessive unexcused absences, or failure to comply with program policies. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

• Health-Related Absences:
  While students should stay home if ill, missed rehearsals due to illness are not eligible for refund or prorated credit.

Financial Assistance

If your family has been approved for financial assistance, the same refund terms apply based on the amount paid. Please reach out to us directly at Admin@theatrekidzla.com with any questions regarding special circumstances or documentation.
